Login to your Harness Media account before submitting your request. This simplifies the process for you because many of the fields will be pre-filled when you are logged in. It also allows you to view and reply to existing tickets.

Help us help you

When filling out the Support Ticket form, please be as descriptive as you can. The more information you provide, the faster we can serve you and the less questions we may have to ask before we can resolve the issue you are experiencing.

Response times are based on the priority of each request, our workload, and normal support hours. High priority requests will be addressed first, even when it’s outside of our posted hours.

Support Hours

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Evenings & Weekends: As needed (may require more time for us to respond)

Other Notes

  • High Priority Requests: We understand that unexpected things can happen. We'll address the big problems first.
  • Content Updates: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to respond to your request.
  • Our Workload: The amount of work we have in the queue fluctuates greatly based on many recurring factors. We'll do our best to address your issue as quickly as possible.
