We pride ourselves in providing speedy customer support. If you are requesting content updates for your existing website already managed by us, please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to respond to your request. Some requests may require immediate attention. We’ll address those first and they will always be first priority. Other requests may require more time, based on the time requirements of your request and our current workload.
When filling out the Support Ticket form, please be as descriptive as you can. The more information you provide, the faster we can serve you and the less questions we may have to ask before we can resolve the issue you are experiencing.
Our typical support hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. Weekend support is provided on an as-needed basis and may require more time for us to respond.
Please note that you may be charged for some services, depending on the Website Care Plan to which you are subscribed. Any overages are billed at a discounted hourly rate for current subscribers, and our regular hourly rate for non-subscribers.
